I help with social media for a small bakery. One night I filmed a ridiculous dance in pajamas while holding a wooden spoon, intending to send it to a close-friends story. I added a dramatic filter, wrote "when the dough finally rises," and posted it. Unfortunately, I was still logged into the bakery's public account. By the time I noticed, regular customers had replied asking whether the dance came free with a croissant. Someone had already saved the video. I deleted it and spent the night drafting a serious apology. The owner called the next morning. I expected to be fired. Instead, they said online orders were unusually high and asked whether I could perform the dance again while wearing the bakery apron. The second video was planned, approved, and much less funny. Customers still request the original "pajama special," which is not and has never been an actual pastry.
